STAR Concert

Back from the awesome STAR concert, organised by the Straits Time. The best thing about this concert was it’s location – Gardens by the Bay, with Marina Bay Sands as the stage’s backdrop. Even though it was planned to last for 3 hours, it ended an hour later. Well, it was kinda expected as the performers (especially the foreign guest performers) got to perform at least 5-6 songs. p.s it isn’t a bad thing though, definitely well worth the ticket price. Hottest performers definitely had to be Boys Like Girls and 4 Minute. 😀

After today, I now know of Boys Like Girls, and I kinda like them/their music. I guess I just became a fan of them.. hehe.. Shall start searching for their songs after finishing off this post.. 🙂

I guess there was a reason why Boys Like Girls were the first performers – they had to get the crowd into the “partying” mood.. Everyone was super high during their performance. The moment they appeared, everyone got on their feet and started jumping and dancing throughout their performance..

Another performer for the night which I like was Juz B!!~ They were the one and only contestant that I ever like during the Singapore Idol days. And they are still as awesome as before.

Last performer of the night was 4 Minute. They were cute during the talk or interview segment. But it was sad that they somewhat had to encounter an audio problem during their encore stage. Guess the crew were scrambling around, searching for the encore song to be played? The poor girls had to be all alone on stage, at a lost at what to do, since they couldn’t really speak English well. Nevertheless, they tried their best at interacting with the crowd, and everyone loved it.
